นบีมุฮัมมัด “ฉันคือคำวิงวอนของอิบรอฮีม”

นบีมุฮัมมัดเคยกล่าวว่า “ฉันคือคำวิงวอนของอิบรอฮีม และผู้ที่จะมาแจ้งข่าวดีเกี่ยวกับฉันคืออีซา” 

ไม่มีชาวยิว ชาวคริสเตียนและชาวมุสลิมคนใดไม่รู้จักอับราฮัมหรืออิบรอฮีม  เพราะอับราฮัมเป็นบิดาแห่งความศรัทธาในพระเจ้าองค์เดียวและเป็นต้นตระกูลของบุคคลสำคัญที่เป็นผู้นำทางจิตวิญญาณของผู้ศรัทธาในพระเจ้าองค์เดียว

แต่คำถามคือนบีอิบรอฮีมวิงวอนอะไรไว้ก่อนหน้านบีมุฮัมมัดกำเนิดกว่าสามพันปี? 

คัมภีร์กุรอานเล่าเรื่องราวตอนหนึ่งของนบีอิบรอฮีมว่าเมื่อท่านกลับมาเยี่ยมนางฮาการ์ภรรยาคนที่สองและอิสมาอีลบุตรคนแรกของท่านที่เมืองมักก๊ะฮหลังจากที่ท่านนำภรรยาและลูกชายมาทิ้งไว้เมื่อประมาณสิบกว่าปีก่อน  

ในการมาเยี่ยมครั้งนี้เองที่พระเจ้าได้บัญชาให้ท่านสร้างก๊ะอฺบ๊ะฮฺขึ้นเพื่อเป็นสถานที่แห่งการเคารพสักการะพระองค์  เมื่อสร้างก๊ะอฺบ๊ะฮฺเสร็จ  ท่านได้วิงวอนว่า : 

“ข้าแต่พระผู้อภิบาล  ฉันได้ตั้งรกรากถิ่นฐานให้ลูกหลานของฉันบางคนในหุบเขาอันกันดารใกล้บ้านอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของพระองค์  ข้าแต่พระผู้อภิบาลของเรา  ฉันทำสิ่งนี้ก็ด้วยหวังว่าพวกเขาจะได้ดำรงละหมาดที่นั่น  ดังนั้น โปรดหันหัวใจของผู้คนไปยังพวกเขาด้วยและโปรดประทานผลไม้เป็นอาหารแก่พวกเขาด้วยเถิด เพื่อพวกเขาจะได้เป็นผู้กตัญญู” (กุรอาน 14:37-38)

ในคำวิงวอนนี้  นบีอิบรอฮีมได้ประกาศว่าเจตนารมณ์ที่ท่านนำครอบครัวของท่านมาตั้งถิ่นฐานที่นี่คือ เพื่อให้ลูกหลานของท่านได้สักการะพระองค์โดยการละหมาด และท่านขอต่อพระเจ้าให้หันหัวใจของผู้คนให้มาละหมาดตามลูกหลานของท่านด้วย  ส่วนคำวิงวอนขอให้พระเจ้าประทานผลไม้เป็นอาหารแก่ผู้ศรัทธาในพระองค์นั้น  พระเจ้าได้ตอบรับคำวิงวอนนี้เรื่อยมาจนกระทั่งถึงปัจจุบัน  เพราะมักก๊ะฮฺไม่เคยขาดแคลนผลไม้เลยแม้จะเพาะปลูกไม่ได้ก็ตาม

นอกจากนี้  นบีอิบรอฮีมยังได้วิงวอนด้วยความนอบน้อมอีกว่า 

 “โอ้พระผู้อภิบาลของเรา  โปรดทำให้เราทั้งสองเป็นผู้นอบน้อมต่อพระองค์ และได้โปรดให้ลูกหลานของเราเป็นชนชาติที่นอบน้อมต่อพระองค์  ขอได้ทรงแสดงให้เราเห็นถึงการปฏิบัติศาสนกิจของเราและได้โปรดนิรโทษแก่เราโดยปรานี” (กุรอาน 2.128)

คำวิงวอนดังกล่าวทำให้เรารู้ว่านบีอิบรอฮีมมิได้เป็นผู้ก่อตั้งศาสนายูดายหรือศาสนาคริสต์  แต่ท่านขอให้ตัวท่านเองและลูกชายรวมทั้งลูกหลานที่จะเกิดขึ้นในภายภาคหน้าเป็นผู้นอบน้อมยอมจำนนต่อพระองค์หรือเป็นมุสลิมที่อยู่ในวิถีอิสลามนั่นเอง เพราะคำว่าอิสลามหมายถึงการยอมจำนนต่อพระเจ้า  หลังจากนั้น  ท่านได้ขอให้พระเจ้าสอนวิธีการเคารพสักการะที่แสดงถึงการเป็นผู้ยอมจำนนต่อพระองค์ นั่นคือ การละหมาด   เมื่อนบีอิบรอฮีมได้รับแบบอย่างการละหมาดแล้ว  ท่านได้ปฏิบัติตามนั้นและลูกหลานของท่านที่เป็นนบีก็ปฏิบัติสืบต่อกันมา

นบีอิบรอฮีมยังวิงวอนอีกว่า  “พระผู้อภิบาลของเรา  โปรดให้ในหมู่พวกเขามีศาสนทูตขึ้นมาคนหนึ่งซึ่งเป็นผู้ที่จะมาสาธยายคำบัญชาทั้งหลายของพระองค์แก่พวกเขาและสอนคัมภีร์และวิทยปัญญาแก่พวกเขาและขัดเกลาชีวิตของพวกเขาให้สะอาด....”  (กุรอาน 2:129)

ด้วยเหตุนี้  พระเจ้าจึงส่งนบีมุฮัมมัดมาเพื่อเป็นการตอบรับคำวิงวอนของนบีอิบรอฮีม  เพราะนบีมุฮัมมัดนี่เองที่ได้มาแสดงแบบอย่างการปฏิบัติศาสนกิจตามที่พระเจ้าประสงค์ไว้ให้ผู้ศรัทธาในพระองค์ปฏิบัติตามจนถึงวันสิ้นโลก

Prophet Muhammad once said: “I am the supplication of Abraham. And the one who will bring good news about me is Jesus.”

There is no Jew, Christian or Muslim who does not know Abraham or Abraham. Because Abraham is the father of monotheism and the progenitor of important people who are the spiritual leaders of monotheism.

But the question is, what did Prophet Abraham pray for more than three thousand years before the birth of Prophet Muhammad?

The Quran tells a story of the Prophet Abraham returning to visit his second wife, Hagar, and his first child, Ismail, in Mecca after he had taken his wife. and his son left him about ten years ago.

It was on this visit that God commanded him to build the Ka'bah as a place of worship. When the construction of the Ka'bah was completed He pleaded:

“My Lord, I have settled some of my descendants in a barren valley near Your holy house. O our Lord, I do this in the hope that they will maintain prayer there. So please turn the hearts of the people towards them and give them fruit as food. that they may be grateful” (Quran 14:37-38)

In this plea Prophet Ibrahim declared that his intention in bringing his family to settle here was So that your children and grandchildren may worship Him by praying. And he asked God to turn the hearts of the people to worship for his children and grandchildren. As for the request that God give fruit as food for those who believe in Him, God has answered this prayer until now. Because Makkah never had a shortage of fruit even though they could not cultivate it.

Moreover, Prophet Ibrahim humbly supplicated:

  “O our Lord! Make us both humble to You. and make our children a nation humble to you. Show us our deeds and grant us merciful amnesty.” (Quran 2.128)

This invocation tells us that the Prophet Abraham was not the founder of Judaism or Christianity. But he asked himself and his son and future generations to be humble and submit to Him or be Muslims in the Islamic way. Because the word Islam means submission to God, he later asked God to teach him a method of worship that shows submission to Him, that is, prayer. When Prophet Ibrahim was given an example of prayer, already He followed it and his descendants who were prophets continued to follow it.

Prophet Ibrahim also pleaded: “Our Lord Please raise up among them a messenger who will recite to them Your commands and teach them the Book and wisdom and purify their lives….” (Quran 2:129)

This plea seemed to Prophet Ibrahim to know that one day in the future Your children and grandchildren will forget prayer as an expression of faith in God and submission to Him. And it really is like that. Because the disciples of the Prophet who are his descendants have all abandoned and forgotten prayer. Jews and Christians therefore did not worship God as the Prophet had shown.

Thus, God sent Prophet Muhammad in response to Prophet Abraham's supplication. Because it was the Prophet Muhammad who came to show the example of religious conduct that God intended for those who believe in Him to follow until the end of the world.
