If man rejects the rules of living that God has given in His Scriptures The result would be no different from the fact that the world and everything in it and the stars would not obey God's law.

But when humans coexist as a society The leaders or rulers of ancient societies would use their powers to claim that they had divine rights that everyone had to obey. When society is injustice or an era of misery God will send people to help eradicate adversity and destroy injustice.
