สัจธรรมอย่างหนึ่งที่มนุษย์ไม่อาจปฏิเสธได้ก็คือ ทุกสิ่งที่ถูกบังเกิดขึ้นมาล้วนมีวันสิ้นสุดหรือถึงจุดอวสาน  แต่ก่อนถึงจุดนั้นจะมีสัญญาณแจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อน  

สนิมเป็นอาการที่บ่งบอกล่วงหน้าถึงการสิ้นอายุขัยของเหล็ก  โลกและดวงดาวก็เช่นกัน  แต่เพราะโลกและดวงดาวมีขนาดใหญ่  อายุขัยของมันจึงยาวนานจนไม่มีใครรู้

สัญญาณเล็กเป็นสัญญาณที่เกิดขึ้นบ้างแล้วและบางอย่างกำลังเกิดขึ้น เช่น   มีชาวอาหรับคนหนึ่งถามนบีมุฮัมมัดว่า “ยามอวสานจะเกิดขึ้นเมื่อใด?”  นบีมุฮัมมัตตอบว่า “เมื่อกิจการ (กล่าวคือ ความเป็นผู้นำ) ถูกมอบให้แก่คนที่ไม่สมควรได้รับเมื่อใด ก็จงคอยวันอวสานได้เลย”

ครั้งหนึ่ง  นบีมุฮัมมัดได้พูดกับสาวกของท่านว่า “ในไม่ช้านี้  ชาติต่างๆจากทุกขอบฟ้าจะชวนกันมายังพวกท่านเหมือนกับบรรดาผู้กินอาหารที่เรียกคนอื่นมาร่วมกินด้วย” สาวกจึงถามว่า “พวกเรามีจำนวนน้อยหรือ?”  นบีมุฮัมมัดจึงกล่าวว่า “ไม่หรอก  ในตอนนั้นพวกท่านจะมีจำนวนมาก  แต่พวกท่านเป็นเหมือนกับฟองน้ำที่รวมกันบนผิวน้ำ  หัวใจของศัตรูจะไม่มีความกลัวพวกท่าน แต่หัวใจของพวกท่านจะมีแต่ความรักชีวิตโลกนี้และกลัวความตาย” 

นบีมุฮัมมัดยังได้บอกถึงสัญญาณก่อนวันโลกาอวสานไว้อีกหลายตอน เช่น “ยามอวสานจะยังไม่เกิดขึ้นจนกว่าความรู้จะถูกนำกลับไป(ผู้รู้เสียชีวิต)  ความปั่นป่วนวุ่นวายจะขยายไปทั่ว  การโกหกจะเพิ่มขึ้น  เวลาจะสั้นลง  ตลาดจะอยู่ใกล้และการฆ่าจะเกิดขึ้นบ่อยครั้ง” 

“ยามอวสานจะยังไม่เกิดขึ้นจนกว่าผู้ชายและผู้หญิงที่มีชีวิตอยู่ในยุคนั้นจะทำผิดประเวณีกันบนท้องถนนเหมือนกับพวกลาทำ” 

สิ่งบอกเหตุหรือสัญญาณเล็กก่อนวันสิ้นโลกยังมีอีกมากมายในคำสอนของนบีมุฮัมมัด มันไม่เป็นแค่การบอกถึงวันสิ้นโลกที่กำลังใกล้เข้ามาเท่านั้น  แต่ยังเป็นการเตือนและให้โอกาสแก่มนุษย์ที่ทำบาปได้กลับตัวกลับใจขออภัยโทษต่อพระเจ้าก่อนที่ทุกชีวิตจะถูกนำเข้าไปสู่โลกใหม่ที่นิรันดร และเมื่อใกล้วันสิ้นโลกเข้าจะมีสัญญาณใหญ่ปรากฎขึ้น

2) การปรากฏตัวของยะอ์ญูจญ์และมะอ์ญูจญ์ ซึ่งในคัมภีร์ไบเบิลเรียกว่า “กอกและมากอก” นักวิชาการศาสนาอธิบายว่าเป็นชนชาติใหญ่ที่จะเข้ามาครองโลก

3) การปรากฏตัวของอิมามมะฮฺดีย์และการกลับมาของพระเยซู

4) หมอกหรือควันจะแพร่กระจายไปทั่วแผ่นดิน 

5) ดวงอาทิตย์ขึ้นทางทิศตะวันตกและตกทางทิศตะวันออก

6) เกิดแผ่นดินไหวบ่อยครั้งและจะมีแผ่นดินไหวครั้งใหญ่เกิดขึ้นทางตะวันออกและทางตะวันตกของโลก และในแผ่นดินอาหรับ

One truth that humans cannot deny is that everything that has been created has an end or reaches its end. But before that point, there will be a sign to let you know in advance.

Rust is a symptom that tells you in advance of the end of the life of iron. The world and stars are the same. But because the world and stars are large, their lifespans are so long that no one knows.

Every human being, when born, grows old. Illness is a sign indicating the end of life that no one knows in advance. Our world also grows old and gets sick. Doctors can tell about human illnesses, but no one can tell what the world's illnesses are except for God who sent His prophet to tell.

At the very least, many people have heard the word "Kali Yuga", which is the name of the fourth era of the four eras according to Brahmanism. It is believed to be the last day of the world. It is an era when morality declines or an era of ignorance. Good people with morality will be left only 1/4 of the Krita Yuga, which is the first era.

In Islam, there is a teaching about what is called Kali Yuga in the form of telling signs before the end of the world. Such signs are divided into two types: small signs and big signs.

Minor signs are signs that have already occurred and some are occurring. For example, an Arab asked the Prophet Muhammad, “When will the Hour come?” The Prophet Muhammad replied, “When the task (i.e. leadership) is given to someone who does not deserve it, then wait for the Hour.” Once, the Prophet Muhammad said to his followers, “Soon, nations from all the worlds will gather to you like a meal invites others to eat with it.” The followers asked, “Are we few in number?” The Prophet Muhammad said, “No, at that time you will be many, but you will be like foam gathered on the surface of the water. The hearts of your enemies will not fear you, but your hearts will only love this worldly life and fear death.” The Prophet Muhammad also mentioned many signs before the Hour, such as, “The Hour will not come until knowledge is taken away (the knowledgeable person dies). Chaos will spread everywhere. Lies will increase, time will be shortened, markets will be near, and killings will be frequent.”

“The end will not come until the men and women living in that age commit adultery in the streets as donkeys do.”

There are many more signs or minor signs before the end of the world in the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. They are not just signs of the approaching end of the world, but also warnings and opportunities for sinners to repent and ask forgiveness from God before all life is taken into the new and eternal world. As the end of the world approaches, major signs will appear.

The major signs before the end of the world are:

1) The appearance of the Dajjal (false Messiah).

2) The appearance of Yajuj and Majuj, who in the Bible are called “Qaq and Magaq”. Religious scholars describe them as a great nation that will rule the world.

3) The appearance of Imam Mahdi and the return of Jesus.

4) Fog or smoke will spread across the land.

5) The sun will rise in the west and set in the east.

6) Earthquakes will occur frequently and major earthquakes will occur in the east and west of the world. And in the land of Arabia, when these signs appear, it means that the end of the world is near the throat of man and God will no longer accept forgiveness from anyone.
