คำสอนเกี่ยวกับเรื่องโลกหลังความตาย นรกและสวรรค์เป็นคำสอนในศาสนาที่มีมาแต่ดึกดำบรรพ์  หากถามมนุษย์ว่าตายแล้วอยากไปนรกหรือสวรรค์  แทบทุกคนตอบว่าอยากไปสวรรค์  ความต้องการเช่นนี้เองที่ทำให้มนุษย์บางคนถูกชักชวนให้ซื้อสวรรค์ด้วยเงิน  ยิ่งจ่ายมากก็ยิ่งได้สวรรค์ชั้นสูงกว่าคนอื่น

แต่ก่อนจะไปสวรรค์หรือนรก  มนุษย์ต้องผ่านความตายและการจะเข้าสวรรค์หรือลงนรก  มนุษย์ต้องฟื้นคืนชีพก่อน   แต่เพราะการฟื้นคืนชีพหลังความตายเป็นสิ่งที่มองไม่เห็น มนุษย์จึงไม่เชื่อหรือไม่เข้าใจว่าการฟื้นคืนชีพหลังความตายเป็นไปได้อย่างไร

ปัจจุบัน  แพทย์ไม่สามารถยื้อชีวิตคนที่กำลังจะตายและทำให้คนตายฟื้นขึ้นมาอีกแม้วิทยาการด้านการแพทย์จะเจริญก้าวหน้าเพียงใดก็ตาม เพราะแพทย์ไม่ใช่เจ้าของชีวิต  พระเจ้าต่างหากที่จะให้ใครมีชีวิตและตาย

Teachings about the afterlife, hell, and heaven are teachings of ancient religions. If you ask people whether they want to go to hell or heaven after death, almost everyone will answer that they want to go to heaven. This desire is what leads some people to be tempted to buy heaven with money. The more you pay, the higher the heaven you will attain.

Before going to heaven or hell, humans must go through death. To enter heaven or hell, humans must first be resurrected. However, because resurrection after death is invisible, humans often don't believe or understand how it is possible.

Not even ordinary people. Even the great prophet Abraham, whom God saved from being burned alive, didn't understand. Therefore, Abraham asked God, "Oh, my Lord, show me how You bring the dead back to life." He asked, "Don't you believe?" Abraham replied, "I do, but I ask to ascertain my heart."

God then instructed Abraham, "Take four birds of different kinds and tame them. Then cut them into pieces. Place the pieces of each bird on a separate mountain and call to them, and they will come to you quickly. Know that God is the Almighty, the Wise." (Quran 2:260)

When Abraham did this, he witnessed God's power with his own eyes.

Belief in resurrection is linked to the belief in God, which is taught by all prophets. The Quran also recounts that after the time of Jesus, a group of young men who were devoted to Jesus took his teachings to the Byzantine Empire, where people still worshipped stars and did not believe in resurrection. The Byzantine king threatened to kill the young men if they did not stop spreading this belief, as it would cause conflict among the people.

The young men then fled to a cave and fell asleep without realizing it. When they woke up and encountered people, they realized they had been asleep for approximately two hundred years. The gold coin the boy used to buy things was a coin used two hundred years ago. At that time, the king had already adopted Christianity as the official religion of his kingdom, and Christianity believed in the existence of an afterlife. After that, all the boys died.

The Quran states, “Thus We revealed their secrets to the people of the city, so that they might know that the signs of God (the resurrection) were true and there would be no doubt about the Hour.” (Quran 18:21)

This story is historical evidence confirming the truth of the resurrection, which we know from religious texts. However, today, there are many natural phenomena that force us to surrender to this belief. For example,

“God sends the winds to raise up clouds, and We send clouds to a deserted land, and they revive the earth after it has died. Resurrection is the same.” (Quran 35:9)

Today, doctors cannot prolong the life of a dying person or revive the dead, despite the advances in medical technology. Doctors are not the masters of life; it is God who gives life and death to those who die.

Therefore, there is no difficulty for God. As soon as He desires something, He simply commands, “Let it happen,” and it comes to be.
