Since religion is a teaching from God, and prophets or messengers are the ones who spread God's teachings to humanity, the destruction of religion must therefore target the faith in God and His messengers. The devaluation of the credibility of messengers is evident in the Old Testament, such as Noah, who spent 950 years diligently teaching people about faith in the one God in his time. It is recorded as follows:

“Noah became a farmer and planted vineyards. He drank wine and, drunk, lay naked in his tent” (Genesis 9:20-21).
